Water Softener and UV lights installed at Noorsveld Chickens Jansenville Eastern Cape.

Water supply to the plant was high in Calcium and magnesium resulting in scale build-up on all heatingunits.UV lightswereinstalled to reduce the risk of bacteria entering the plant from the main water reservoir.Water softener reduces the hardness in the water reducing the scale build-up on heating units. Thisincreases the life span of the equipment and also as a cost saving as less energy is needed for heating
